We do not register accounts. We do not sell data. We handle correspondence under the kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law, and we describe here what actually happens in the browser and in email.

إن كتبت إلينا نرى اسمك وبريدك ونص الرسالة، بالقدر الذي يضعه برنامج بريدك في الرسالة. نستخدم ذلك للرد. لا نماذج تستدعي خادمنا. لا نشرات. لا ملفات ارتباط من طرفنا.If you write to us we see your name, email and the text of the message, to the extent your mail program puts them in the letter. We use that to reply. No form posts to our server. No newsletters. No cookies from us.
التخزين المحليLocal storage
السكربت يستخدم مفتاحين. The script uses two keys. sarat.consent يحفظ holds necessary: true وعلما للتفضيلات وإصدارا وتاريخا. , a preferences flag, a version and a timestamp. sarat.lang يحفظ holds ar أو or en حتى تبقى لغة الواجهة بين الصفحات. لا يُرسل أي منهما إلينا. so the interface language stays between pages. Neither is sent to us.
الاحتفاظRetention
نحتفظ بالمراسلة طالما الموضوع مفتوحا، ثم نحذفها خلال سنة ما لم يُلزم القانون أطول. يمكنك طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف عبر البريد أعلاه.We keep correspondence while the subject is open, then delete it within a year unless the law requires longer. You can ask for access, correction or deletion via the email above.
الخوادمServers
ملفات الموقع تُقدَّم من خادم استضافة. سجلات الخادم الاعتيادية قد تُكتب لأسباب تشغيل وأمن، ثم تُدار وفق سياسة المضيف.The site files are served from a hosting server. Ordinary server logs may be written for operations and security, then handled under the host's policy.
